Our Approach To You Is Based On Four Stages
We believe the secret to providing the best service is clarity and transparency from the outset, so that everyone is on the same page. We achieve this with our structured approach to the different stages of our onboarding process and understanding you and your business.
Initial Consultation
Once you reach out to our sales team here at BLAI, be it by phone or email, one of our sales representatives will be in touch to schedule a meeting. During the meeting we can discuss your unique requirements and from there we can determine what service we can uniquely provide to you.
Depending on these requirements our sales team will discuss with our Management team a quote for the services that you need. We aim to get an understanding of your requirements, your business and the industry in which you operate.
Draft Of Plan / Terms of Service
Following on from the initial free consultation, we will provide you with a quote and once you are satisfied with everything, we will draft an agreement on the provision of services with you and your company.
Depending on your requirements, the draft agreement is used as a pathway to your goal. We are always here to help. We also ensure complete confidentiality and transparency throughout the Terms of Service, so if you don't end up at BLAI, we at least hope to see you at some stage in the future.
Final Agreement

From there once all terms are agreed and requirements are clarified, our team can get ready to provide you with the high-end service that our business is renowned for. This transparent process ensures that all parties are one the same page from the outset.
